Terms & Conditions Of Booking
- A deposit of 20% must be paid to confirm the booking. This payment is non refundable.
- The balance must be paid in full one month before the wedding.
- Permission must be granted for filming at the venue – i.e. Church, Registrar’s Office or other private properties. The decision of the clergy or registrar for the positioning of recording equipment must be respected and strictly adhered to.
- The Next Chapter Video Productions cannot be held responsible for conditions out of our control or inclement weather which may exclude scenes.
- Access to the venue should be made available at least one hour beforehand.
- The Next Chapter Video Productions endeavour to provide coverage of most of the guests at any event, however, we cannot be held responsible for any exclusions.
- Prior to videoing any event The Next Chapter Video Productions will negotiate the customer’s requirements.
- Notification of any person(s) unwilling to appear on camera or any members belonging to any groups who do not wish to be videoed should be made absolutely clear beforehand.
- The Next Chapter Video Productions reserves the right to use a copy of your video for demonstration purposes unless specifically requested otherwise.
- The price quoted is for a maximum of seven hours filming. Should this prove to be inadequate for your requirements extra time can be arranged at the agreed set rate.
- All equipment is regularly maintained and tested for the highest performance, however, The Next Chapter Video Productions cannot be held responsible for the loss of coverage due to failure of equipment. In such case our liabilities are limited to a refund of all monies paid.
- Photographs received from a client for the use of reproduction must have the permission from the owner.
